Overall Satisfaction with ON24
Our Continuing Legal Education (CLE) team uses it to host live seminars and for our on-demand programming. It has been instrumental in helping us provide remote learning for our members, especially since the onset of COVID-19 last year.
- Customer service - very quick response and service.
- Polished look and feel that is fairly intuitive for users (program producers and attendees).
- Fun, useful features to engage users.
- More control over speakers' audio and video for webinar producers (similar to how Zoom is set up).
- Ability to edit/splice archived recordings (rather than just trim off ends).
- We have been able to make back (and more) what we pay for the system in our on-demand event registrations.

When the pandemic hit, the world was forced to go virtual. Expanding our remote and on-demand programming was already a part of our strategic plan, but the pandemic got us there faster than anticipated. ON24 was the perfect resource to help us host our various e-learning offerings.
