Overall Satisfaction with ON24

At our company, we use ON24 to stream our marketing presentation updates. Sometimes, these are live streams, and others we pre-record our content and upload prior to the session. ON24 provides a 'presenter' portal where we can see all the attendees, prioritise and respond to questions, and have internal chats.

  • Enables presenters to be live or use prerecorded content
  • Tracks attendees and collates questions
  • The presenter user interface could be simplified to clearly show what the audience is seeing.
  • Driven new business pipepine
  • Informed customers of new product updates
  • Track registration and attendance
  • Enable sales follow-up
We were using ON24 before the pandemic and continue to use it today.
This is not within my job role, but this is how [I feel] it is.
ON24 is the one our company uses for all public webcasts. We use Teams for internal.
