ON24 To the Rescue!

We use ON24 for virtual client and prospect events. The software makes it incredibly easier for our team to facilitate virtual events and the cloud based software enables our team to effortlessly plan and organize events from the office or remotely.

ON24 addresses the shortcomings that ZOOM and Microsoft Teams have in terms of having multiple users and video boxes for a virtual meeting.

ON24 closely analyzes the engagement data to understand how our participants interacted during the webinar. By reviewing data on chat interactions, questions asked, and responses to polls and surveys, we can tell which leads/attendees are qualified and engaged and which ones are not. This makes for very effective follow ups and conversions.

ON24 makes facilitating large virtual events easy. Historically we used Zoom and the audio/visuals were always problematic, and dealing with RSVPs and registrations was extremely tedious and challenging.

ON24 has made hosting virtual client and prospect events easy and has enabled our team to focus on what matters most, rather than dealing with logistics and virtual event operational tasks.
