Overall Satisfaction with ON24

Our firm uses ON24 primarily for client webinars, that include Continuing Legal Education Courses, and Marketing/Customer Engagement Purposes.
Some of the business problems ON24 addresses for our firm is the ability to reach a wide range of our clients in a timely manner when we need to share information based on legislative updates, new regulation, etc.

  • the pop ups and screen view in elite studio is a bit daunting for the older non computer savvy folks at my firm
  • We've grown our contact base by a great deal each year due to the API connection with our HubSpot. The first year we implemented it, our contacts grew just over 3k as a direct result from capturing information from those attending our marketing/engagement webinars.
  • We've been able to increase our catalog of on demand continuing legal education courses due to ON24's on demand capability.
We have integrated ON24 with our CRM system (HubSpot) through an API connection for Distribution Lists in our email marketing strategy. We capture contact info for those who registered; attended live, and attending on-demand in our CRM and are able to market appropriately to each DL with our post event comm strategy.
Our firm was briefly interested in housing our continuing legal education course catalog in ON24's E-Hub, which we had one for a year, in addition to producing all of our events with Elite Studio. We found the overall training and user interface to be extremely easy and user friendly for our team to manage behind the scenes. It was a very polished and professional product for our clients as well. We ultimately ended up not renewing the E-Hub contract because of the amount of turnover on our team and therefore we were understaffed to maintain the product. However, I would highly recommend it, if you're able to dedicate a full time resource (depending on each user's needs of course).
I have consistently found ON24 to be a superior experience and product, and I have been an experienced power user since 2019.
ON24 is an overall immersive client experience. Our firm values the ability to completely brand each element of the event, from registration, email communication and the full event console. We also find the Certification tool to be instrumental in our continuing legal education course catalog program. Without ON24's tracking behind the scenes for us, we'd be issuing certifications manually.

ON24 works great for a 4 part webinar series we host every fall that is a annual legal update that allows us to reach a slew of clients that we would otherwise not. (if we conducted the same in person). We typically see 300+ attendees per webinar in this series.

One component we focus on for some events is networking, the virtual break out rooms are a good add on when hosting but it does not replace the face to face component of networking. The ON24 ones are also more formal that a zoom breakout for instance, as ON24 is completely different experience than a Zoom webinar anyway.
