Overall Satisfaction with OneCause

We used OneCause as the platform for our silent auction primarily for bidding.
  • User interface on the day of our event was found to be easy by all who interfaced
  • Questions for set up/behind the scenes (help desk) was super helpful and quick
  • Clicking log in as an admin was tricky, as it wasn't a natural button for me to find
  • Time involved in checkout went much smoother
  • Data and details were super helpful after the event
Both guests and staff commented on how easy it was to use.
Everyone I worked with was easy to communicate with. There were a couple of times the robot, before I got to the real person, tripped me up.
We didn't use parts of OneCause to replace what we do in Classy (tickets), so I can't really compare.
