Overall Satisfaction with OneSource Virtual

OneSource Virtual processing our tax filings. We also used them for AMS support. Our AMS support needs have declined tremendously with OneSource Virtual since we added the WSP to our Workday package.
  • Their Absence Support Team is very knowledgeable and timely.
  • Communication regarding open cases is thorough.
  • Reminders on upcoming year-end processes are timely as well (i.e. W-2).
  • Communication within Depts (Cross-functional areas mainly).
  • Adjusting cost for service (pairing customers with expert level analysts versus beginner level).

We have not used another consulting firm for Workday support. We now use Workday Success Plans.
The consultants are pleasant to work with.
OneSource Virtual has suited us well in AMS support to a certain extent. I know one issue we continue to see is OneSource Virtual's ability to retain top talent. Our payroll team is constantly having to work with new analysts. We also have a hard time with account changes being updated timely.
