Overall Satisfaction with OneSource Virtual

We use OneSource Virtual for payroll admin services companywide, AMS, and new Workday implementations and integrations. In addition to payroll processing, this allows us to utilize our HCM, Workday, to its full capacity.

  • As the organization has grown rapidly, we have been able to hold on to O/H due to OneSource Virtual in the payroll and benefits departments.
  • Integrations with our benefits vendors have given us confidence in data integrity and removed a huge administrative burden.
We were with an older version of ADP that was about to be discontinued. Our big struggle, quite frankly, was that we felt like a very small fish in a large pond. The customer service component was not to our satisfaction. We reviewed 18 different vendors prior to making a selection, and a standout for us was the customer service model that OneSource Virtual offered.
Very well - we have grown rapidly as an organization in both size and geographies. Utilizing OneSource Virtual has allowed managing our headcount well as we have removed so much manual administrative work. When moving into different geographies and bringing on some unions, all of this has been very manageable due to the partnership we have with OneSource Virtual and their workforce.
They have provided assistance with payroll, taxes, and garnishments-for payroll. They
send the direct deposit and tax files during 'settlement'. With taxes,
they research notices for us and help with set up and garnishments, and they set
them up as well as contact the employee by letter when we receive a new one. On the benefits side, the integrations piece has been crucial. Their expertise in this area has allowed us to bring new vendors on in a more streamlined and efficient manner.

This is where OneSource Virtual really stands out from the competition. They establish relationships with their clients. We know the names of folks on the payroll and AMS side, and we know our customer success manager. The re-organization of the payroll admin services a few years back has created teams with expertise in specific geographies allowing for questions and tickets to be responded to in a timely fashion.
OneSource Virtual stands out amongst competitors for a couple of key reasons: Superior customer service - an unbelievable team anchored by the Customer Success Manager. Issues can get escalated and resolved quickly. Project management on implementations is highly professional, offering functional and technical expertise to guide their clients. Privately owned - OneSource Virtual does a great job with their clients, feels like a true partnership versus a transactional relationship. OneSource Virtual could work on gaining more expertise with financial implementations.
