Overall Satisfaction with Ooma Office
As a sole proprietor, I use Ooma Office to have a dedicated phone line separate from my cell phone. In insurance, having calls recorded provides tremendous protection and although Ooma did not initially offer it, they did roll it out. It was more than worth the investment to upgrade to Ooma Office Pro so I could have that peace of mind, and the overall price is far better than any competitor I found. It also allows me to send/receive faxes, conference calls, transfer, place on hold, send text messages, and multiple platforms to use it on. I started out with the mobile app only, and it integrated seamlessly with my iPhone except for the CallerID not showing when a call comes in. It does show when used with a hard phone or softphone via the desktop app.
Overall, very impressed with depth of services for price and see the product being easily scalable for a small business with multiple employees.
