Oracle EBS CRM is a cloud-based application used for relationship the executives and this application is for the most part used in long haul business. It is being used by our Sales and marketing department. This Software helps us manage the entire process of Sales and Marketing from engaging with a prospect to lead generation to the opportunity to close the deal.

Oracle e-business suite is better than any other ERP because it is more user-friendly and can be operated by anyone even those who don't know how to run it. Also it has better APS, allowing you to better track costs and allocate resources more efficiently. Also, it has better event management, tracking, and Reporting.
Oracle eBusiness Suite is the best combination of CRM and ERP. Oracle helps us in managing the entire process of Sales and Marketing. The best feature is that it is highly user-friendly. We can easily manage the entire process of marketing from running a campaign to managing it and getting an interesting prospect than making a lead to making an opportunity by recording each and every conversation from day 1 to last day so that customer feels its valued by the company after that finally getting a business from the prospect.
