Pros
- open feed to let me know when people are opening up emails
- sequences and auto drips to make emailing a lot easier
- being able to better understand my daily metrics and contrast them to monthly
Cons
- the integration between Salesforce and outreach lags.
- cannot add in prospects that may have a duplicate email address, even after you delete the contact on SFDC
I usually don't generate any reports that are geared towards emailing specific prospects. I generate data reports to better understand my key metrics/ KPI's so that I can mimic strong months where I performed the best. That type of information is super important not only to me but also for my managers.
- positive: I would say my output doubled with sequences and attaching people to those sequences.
- negative: I rely heavily on the news feed to see real-time if I have the opportunity to see what emails opened or closed.
- positive: Great customer service.
Outreach CSM's are great! They have always answered my question, gave me better tips and tricks to navigate the platform more easily and offered to look into issues that may have been experiencing throughout the duration of my usage. Overall, keep it up, they are really great at their jobs.
I wouldn't know, I wasn't involved in that process.
