Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

Very clean usability, I have no problems with the interface and it's extremely easy to use. But that's also coming from someone who has used it for 2 years. To a novice or beginner, I would say that creating drips seems to be the most difficult to get used to.
We are utilizing your services for more of our sales team.
  • open feed to let me know when people are opening up emails
  • sequences and auto drips to make emailing a lot easier
  • being able to better understand my daily metrics and contrast them to monthly
  • the integration between Salesforce and outreach lags.
  • cannot add in prospects that may have a duplicate email address, even after you delete the contact on SFDC
  • positive: I would say my output doubled with sequences and attaching people to those sequences.
  • negative: I rely heavily on the news feed to see real-time if I have the opportunity to see what emails opened or closed.
  • positive: Great customer service.
I wouldn't know, I wasn't involved in that process.
Outreach works well in its true form, it's a great way to better leverage your contacts and start-up sequences to mass email prospects in your book of business. The only caveat is the way in which Salesforce integrates with outreach. Sometimes the information can be false or we can have issues on the feed itself, where it's way held back in time to open.
