Outreach is mainly being used by the sales development team to nurture leads, get in touch with leads, and getting tasks done automatically. Makes our lives easier - more productive and better follow up.
- Generate automatic tasks when leads are engaging over your emails
- Very well structured in emails
- Option to send manual emails vs. automatically
- Accuracy of notifications when people are looking into/clicking your email
- Sometimes, emails are being sent that I don't want to send out
- Increased scheduled calls --> increased SQOs
- Increased activity
- Increased amount of dials
I did not select Outreach myself, but the program is very straightforward and [provides a] good user experience.
