Used by the sales team, used for lead generation as well as managing prospects and keeping them organized.
Pros
- Easy to search and find information
- Good layout and sequences, easy to use
- Easy to calendar sync with gmail
- Easy to communicate with Outreach team to make changes etc
Cons
- Issues when first being used with functions that were not in place that we needed
- Some technical issues when linking to our phone system at first
I don't personally generate reports for what I do, but there are daily digests every morning to keep you on important tasks which is very helpful.

- Better visibility with potential clients
- Saves time with automatic emails built on sequences we make
I haven't personally interacted with them except for some basic training at the beginning but from what I've heard they are very responsive to our needs when implementing new features or moving things around.
Better in every way. Easier to use and more time efficient
