Used by the whole Sales department to drive and identify interest in email/marketing content with prospective customers.
Sequences are useful to send out regular cadence of content to multiple contacts with the push of a button. New UI is much better and easier to use.

- Multiple emails at once
- Showing activity and engagement with content sent out
- Less tabs, the UI is good but there are a lot of clicks to find certain activity or engagement insights
- Product has improved in the past 2 years significantly
- Less time typing emails
- Templates for sequences make it much quicker to send out a marketing blast to every prospect without worrying about names or formatting.
Much better for usability, integration with SalesForce, and great customer service and support for end users on a daily basis.
