Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

I use it every day.
We use Outreach to engage with prospects from when they inquire about our integration solutions to when we need to do some outbound work to specific personas. I can't tell you how valuable the tool is. Because of Outreach I am organized and I know exactly how many touch points and when it's time to move on to other opportunities. The 360° view helps me keep in mind what is of high priority, normal, and low, which helps me never skip a beat with my prospects.

Yesware...Outreach is totally better.
If you're an AE, BDR, SDR, CSM...you'd benefit from the Outreach platform for engagement purposes, especially if you have a high client/lead mix. The other thing is, managing calls and emails is a breeze with Outreach.
