Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

Outreach is very intuitive. As a user you are able to navigate fairly easy around the platform and perform all sorts of tasks. The Google Chrome extension has been very poor, however. This is critical for uploading prospects from your CRM into the platform and since it has been so bad, it had made the uploading process less efficient.
I found that outreach was a terrific tool to automate the sales process of reaching out and increase the production of the members of the sales team. With the sequences within outreach, you are able to completely streamline activities so nothing goes by the wayside. I recommend for anybody interested in trying to increase the efficiency of the business and sales team.

The reports that I generate with outreach relate to the amount of connections that I am having over the phone and email over the course of a day, week, month, or year. These reports are very helpful because I can then track when the best time of day is for me to reach out to a prospect.

The experience has been average. They are quick to offer help if you submit an issue, but they don't really provide a whole lot of change and there doesn't seem to be much urgency on their part. I have had issues with the Chrome extension for months and there have been no changes made.
I have never used another tool other than Outreach.
Outreach is suited for someone that works in an organization where the marketing team does not contribute much to your lead generation efforts. Outreach gives you the ability to add prospects that you have found and push out dozens of materials. A sales person that isn't doing a lot of outreach would not need the tool.
