Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

We use Paychex Flex to process payroll, administer our health benefits, and process our onboarding for new employees. Paychex Flex brings them all under one roof and assigns representatives assist us in these areas.
  • Everything under one roof
  • Knowledgeable representatives
  • Abundance of resources
  • The hiring function doesn't always transfer employee info over correctly
  • Formulas in the background should be able to do more or make the user need to do less outside of Paychex Flex
  • Some of the errors or warnings are excess or redundant
  • HR representative who will dive into the legal nitty-gritty to found answers for us
  • Health admins who will do the leg work with insurance companies
I have not used the reporting
Even if a representative is out of the office they have ample backup support to find solutions to our needs in timely manner.

As a whole Paychex Flex does what we need it to do. Paychex Flex's ability to integrate and customize is good but it could be better. Overall, we are satisfied with what we are getting.
I can log into Paychex Flex and get most of my payroll and hr items completed with ease. Paychex Flex has a lot more tools that we are not utilizing yet but I like the potential tools that we can bring under Paychex Flex.

I wasn't sure who at Paychex to reach out to regarding a question. I tried our HR rep. They did all the leg work and got and answer for us even though it was their department. We have a great HR rep.
