Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex
Paychex Flex is currently used for employee hours. This system helps greatly when gathering employee sick and vacation times taken and still available.
- Automatically enters times into and out of Departments, production & break
- Tracks sick and vacation days, as they become available.
- I cannot think of one thing that is not easily available, if there were, the great support team can get you an answer in moments, walking you through every step.
- Remaining sick and vacation days earned, but not taken.
- Greatly improved employee payroll, the end of manually tracking employees for time-off, available time off for vacation, sick days, etc., per employee, saves so much time than trudging through the files.
- Tracking time earned for employees can be set to your own company's individual process.
- If your employee payroll is based on overtime over 40 hours per week, but you're on a bi-weekly payroll schedule, NO PROBLEM. Just enter your requirements and the system does the rest for you. You can set it up for O.T. after 40 hours per week, or on a per-day basis, O.T. after 8 hours a day, NO PROBLEM
Positively - Reviewing time worked vs. payroll increases per employee, partially based on time worked and new abilities.
There is nothing worse than having to do your payroll based upon an employees hand written account of their times. It is so easy just to call in employee hours and let a professional take care of the rest. This includes payroll checks being delivered on time, all the time.

No, There were some available options which we believe we did not require as we are a small company.
Late call ins for turning in our payroll, and they still managed to deliver on time.
