Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

Paychex Flex is our payroll platform. We like their ability to pay the state and federal taxes to eliminate additional responsibilities.

It is an easy system to use.
We are a small business. Our accountant was handling payroll through QuickBooks. There was a system glitch that repeatedly delayed my ability to write payroll checks or direct deposits over several months. Now, if I have any issues, I can reach out to the Paychex support team and have an immediate response.
