Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

Just Jets Services uses Paychex Flex for payroll, healthcare and retirement 401K options for the employees. The original hope was it would be a one stop solution for the company.
  • The 401K plan has provided good option and clear cut management of this option.
  • Health care management and follow-up with heath care providers
  • Payroll deduction accuracy and monitoring.
  • Negative impact on manager efficiency. From experience, hours have been spent trying to communicate with Paychex in an attempt to resolve issues.
I have not used the reporting
I think communication with the Paychex representative for our health insurance benefits is horrible. No response to emails is typical.

It requires a lot time and work to get the results required for our employees to have what they need in terms of health care benefits.
From experience, Paychex has a problem with communication both internal and with the client. I think Paychex has a terrible track record with follow-up of know issues concerning enrollment of employees into healthcare options. Issues drag on for months without resolution.
