Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

payroll processing, tracking paid time off, tax documentation and filing

I have not used the reporting
To date, we have had very good luck on the support end. The Paychex Flex team is communicative and seems eager to assist whenever possible.
User interface and functionalities of Paycor edge out Paychex Flex, however, in my experience, Paycor has horrible service resulting in our discontinuation of services. I think Paychex Flex service is leaps and bounds above that of Paycor.

For the most part it is great. The only thing I would like to see is the ability to build out more features on our end and not need the Paychex Flex team to build out PTO policies, for example. We could handle that internally if given the option.
We've enjoyed our time with Paychex Flex and were quick to come back to them after having issues with our last payroll processor. It has worked great for our small business and now has the capacity to remit 403B directly which is a HUGE win.
