Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
Paycom has been my payroll administrator for the past 10 years. I have watched the company grow from a small very efficient software company to a large very efficient software company. The systems they provide are all very user friendly. We have not taken advantage of the Human resource side of the company yet but from what I have seen it is amazing as well. I am very impressed with the efficiency of this company.
- Customer service is an A+. I have NEVER called or emailed my account representative without an immediate response. If we have a question, the answers are only a quick call away.
- Before Paycom, our payroll process was tedious and frustrating. It was inconsistent and unfortunately we were constantly trying to correct mistakes that we or our employees had made. Since Paycom, our payroll is literally EASY. We can add employees easily, we can delete employees easily, and Paycom has NEVER made a mistake on our payroll.
- Training and communication is simple and effective. They rarely send emails, but when they do, we know to pay attention to the content. We have found many useful tips and ideas for our staff.
- Direct deposit and accounting reports are flawless. Our corporate accountant loves the reports Paycom provides us with at the end of the year.
- The training videos Paycom has put together for our company are unbelievable. I am most impressed with the professionalism of the employees and the content they can convey in many different ways.
- The growth of Paycom has been fun to watch. However, with growth there are always growing pains. Although they are very efficient and the new representatives seem to be well trained, it would be nice to have a more consistent account representative. This position seems to change often.
- Quite simply, using Paycom for all of our payroll needs has freed up time and energy spent on managing and tracking payroll. This allows us to focus on sales and marketing instead of red tape and reports. I can not quantify the benefits financially but if I could, the number would be substantial! I am very thankful for the service Paycom provides.
I only compared Paycom to ADP and the decision was simple for me. Not only was the cost for Paycom less, but the entire system was online and accessible to me at all times. ADP seemed to be pieced together and somewhat difficult to use. I have never used another payroll company and if I have it my way, I never will. Now that we are set up I honestly don't know why we would want to change!
