Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
Paycom was used at my previous agency for the following purposes within the whole agency: mileage and expense reimbursement, time management, benefit management, and time card approval. The whole agency was using the system.
- Easy access to employee benefit information
- Streamlined time management
- Tracking mileage: no mapping feature, speaking with Google Maps could be very helpful
- Positive impact: Streamlining systems used and reducing overall costs.
- Positive impact: Ability of employee to edit their own information vs. reaching out to HR for information.
I have used systems such as ADP Workforce, Dayforce, and other such HR CRMs. These systems usually allow for benefits and time management, but not tracking of mileage and other such reimbursement requests. Paycom streamlines many of these systems and has very easy to use app features.
