Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
Paycor is used throughout our organization for employees, managers, HR, and payroll. Time Keeping, Record retention, historical data, and payroll are used by our facility.
- They have a good support base. Specialists seem trained well in their area of expertise.
- They provide support when an exception is needed - whether ACA reporting, or a new data upload is required.
- The system is user friendly, able to move through the segments easily. Our employees seem to be satisfied with the system.
- Perhaps the time that our rep is available for support.
- This has been a great resource for an HRIS System. Since our employees have access and it ties HR and payroll together, the ROI is very high.
