Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

Paycor is being used as our HRIS systems to administer all of our Human Resources functions. It addresses the problems of having to store employee information manually, and also lets employees use the ESS feature to view their benefits, pay stubs etc. It's also a great tool to run reports.

Paycor is better for small businesses, cheaper too!
Great reports, ease of use. It's been somewhat challenging to get good service for issues relating to California laws. Also, the customer support team is based in ET/CT so it's sometimes difficult to get immediate resolutions for issues due to the time differences. Having to deal with different reps for various areas is also not such a great feature.
