Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We use Paycor for our US payroll, Benefits Advisor, Paycor Recruiting, Talent Management, and most recently Compensation Planning Tool. The Comp planning tool helped us eliminate manual spreadsheets and duplicate input; also allows for manager input. Paycor Recruiting allows us to feed applicant information directly to payroll upon hire eliminating duplication. The Benefit Advisory module interacts with our benefit carrier and eases the open enrollment process. Talent Management keeps all 1:1, career planning, and disciplinary actions captured in the system in one place.

Success factors better for international purposes, Paycor better than the base product from ADP
Well suited for hourly employee timekeeping and payroll; proficient in state and federal taxes. Less appropriate for city taxes. Not applicable for payroll outside of US unless using a TPA. LMS has good functionality on mobile phones which is very helpful for hourly employees without access to computers. Easy manager workflows for approvals/ recommendations. Paycor recruiting is very intuitive for applicants.
