Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

I use paycor as my HRIS system to manage employee payroll and employee information.

  • Increased costs with no additional services
  • Tons of manual processes
  • Onboarding is more efficient
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much.
The system is easy to use.
I don’t think paycor works as well as ADP
Paycor is good for basic payroll processing but it does not do well with integrating everything together in a smooth way. It is not customizable enough
