Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
I use paycor for reviews, recognitions and timesheets. In my opinion, I do not find the reviews portion to be user friendly. Offers too much a delivers nothing.
- Not fixing issues
- Taking the hire date and automatically linking it to recurring quarterly and annual reviews
- Making the review section more user friendly. If it’s a review leave that separate from a 1on1.
- Timesheets is CONSTANTLY timing out on our employees making it look like they haven’t clocked time.
