Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for payroll and time and attendance.

  • Customer Service - I never seem to get the same person
  • Customer Service- in my experience, they just give articles
  • Time off reporting
  • Follow through
  • Better data driven decision making
  • More consistent processes
  • Employees like it less than Paychex

Surveys have been great!
Reporting is much better in Paylocity and we thought customer service would be but it hasn't been.

The customer service side is nothing as it was promised. We were promised a dedicated rep and we have one but we never actually get them to talk to. I ordered Federal Labor law posters and never received them even after multiple inquiries with managers. Not a good system for a mixed population (those who like to be online and those who don't)
