Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity to recruit, onboard, time and attendance, run bi-weekly payroll, plus benefits. The product helps us from hiring to firing of all employees in a virtual manner. Technology is the answer to having HR data be streamlined. So if utilizing technology is important Paylocity can do that.

As HR Manager I would recommend Paylocity to other HR Manager/Directors. One area that needs improvement is their customer service. Account reps need to be more knowledgeable of the product and the customers needs. The response times also need to be improved. If these two areas improved I would rate it a 10. In the one year I have used the product we have only had one time when the product went down due to internal technical issues. Once you learn Paylocity the modules do run fairly smoothly. I would also recommend purchasing it all together not in pieces. For example, I did not implement Paylocity but since then we have added, garnishment services, COBRA services, FSA, DCA and HSA services. If I would have implemented this product in the beginning I would have purchased the whole package. If the financial side supports the decision.
