Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Generally speaking I think Paylocity is a great platform. 99% of the time when I've had to call in to customer service I've been pleased with the results.

Tax team. The low review is specifically due to how many times I have to follow up to get answers back from the tax team. The turn around time is honestly ridiculous, and then add on the lack of communication.

Would you buy Paylocity again?

I was hired on back in March. My experience with Paylocity when working with their tax team is unacceptable. I have to call in nearly everyday for 2 months to figure out where we were at on this time sensitive matter that was originally quoted to us as being fixed in 3-7 days.
We are still having issues with Paylocity and our Puerto Rican office in regards to Paylocity filing the quarter end reports. The communication is less than satisfactory.
