Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity for our 340 EE payroll, onboarding, and benefits. Our EE's clock in through Paylocity, and we also use the geo-fencing ability. We also use the Community module to send messages to our employees and deliver important documents to them. We use quite a few of the provided reports for our accounting needs and to import information into QuickBooks. We find it very useful to be able to create custom reports for our specific accounting needs.

- Benefit administration.
- We have a dedicated support manager but rarely are able to get him/her on the line. Someone else picks up but is not always as knowledgeable.
- Getting their EDI team to work with our vendors on the feeds has been a challenge for us.
- We would like to be able to create our own custom reports. Writing reports is a challenge. It's not user-friendly.
- It would be helpful to be able to see prior information when our employees go in and change things on their profile, such as tax information, etc.
- We wish more employee reports were based on labor distribution and not just their default department. We have 10 locations, and this would provide much more accurate payroll numbers that we could allocate when employees work in more than one location.
- We are able to get much better payroll data for our accounting needs.

- Cost is much more than we were spending, but it is worth it.
The time tracking between all of our locations is a great help, especially when employees work in more than one location. We also appreciate the geo-fencing ability. We have not been able to get our managers to use the scheduling module. They insist it doesn't work or is too cumbersome. This would be very beneficial for us so that employees could get on and sign up for more shifts in any location.
We do not subscribe to most of these extras. We do use the community page quite a bit to get information to a large number of EE's at a time. We also distribute documents that are legally required this way. Also, we send out invitations to company events and important announcements.
