Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

The system has streamlined processes and centralized filing. It has helped us to automate processes and to keep organized.

Spending more time on strategy and other activities that support acquisition, retention, and strategic planning.
We pay for the survey module however I feel Paylocity is nickel and diming customers by charging additional amounts for the survey enhancements.
Paylocity is a very competitive product. More emphasis on fixing mistakes timely that affect customers.
