Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We utilize a variety of Paylocity's features, including HR & Payroll, timekeeping, ATS/recruiting, onboarding, and training. Paylocity makes updating and tracking employee information a breeze. The reporting feature assists with gathering data for mandated reporting and strategic planning. Paylocity has so many customizable features that we are still discovering new and better ways to utilize Paylocity.

We love how Paylocity's ATS can automatically post our jobs to third party job boards. The screener questions in the Recruitment module are also helpful for automatically weeding out unqualified applicants. These features save our recruiter a ton of time, allowing us to attract and communicate with the best talent.
We do not currently utilize the Community, Surveys, or Premium Video modules. We do utilize impressions, which are a fun way for staff to recognize and thank each other for going above and beyond.
