Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity for employee management, time and labor, payroll processing and paid time off management. It solves the problem of having several different software to manage these areas of HR. We use it on a regular basis, with 90% of employees logging in weekly to the website or mobile application. It is good to know that we can easily expand and add additional modules as our organizational needs expand.
- Customer support is exceptional when adding new modules and features. We are paired with a specialist who is very responsive by email, phone or zoom.
- The website and app are extremely reliable with no downtime in the last 2 years of usage. the interface has increased in ease of use and finding information.
- the knowledge base is a great resource for articles and videos to help find quick solutions.
- Payroll was more complicated than necessary but I see that this feature was just updated.
- The benefit costs are complex to change/update for employees and especially the employer.
- It would be nice to have a live chat feature for administrators within the app instead of having to send an email separately.

It has definitely streamline payroll processing and provided easy access for employees to their own HR and payroll data. Reducing the need for employees to wait for HR response to request for information. Time and labor tracking have automated processing payroll for our PT employees. Benefit deductions are easy to adjust as costs change.
