Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for everything! Recruiting, onboarding, learning management, performance management and rewards and recognition!
  • Expense management
  • Flow of information from Recruiting platform to the Onboarding platform
  • Payroll
  • Customer Service Assistance using Chat or the 1-800 number
  • Learning Management System could be more robust
  • New rollout of Rewards and Recognition isn't as user friendly
  • Journaling/Documentation of EE performance
  • reduced time expenditures
  • more consistent process
  • better workforce visibility
Paylocity's tools have helped to streamline the HR process. It has allowed us to move faster in the areas of recruitment and onboarding.
Oue employees have really embraced the Peer Recognition tool (Impressions) and our culture has positively benefited from that.

Overall, Paylocity is an intuitive and easy to use platform. The one area that I would like to see improvement would be more capability to combine reporting if you have multiple company sets.
