Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity as a full HRIS. We have timekeeping, Payroll, recruiting, performance, community, etc. Paylocity is useful for timecard management, ease of use for performance management, and accessibility of information for reporting is helpful as well.

The new Payroll upgrade takes longer. Not as easy to reach certain areas and screens as before; prefer the old Payroll process.

Scheduling could use some improvements, but overall it's a time saver.
Communication and engagement have definitely improved using the Community section.
Paylocity is easier to use, more intuitive, and takes fewer clicks on average to access, especially for Supervisors.
