Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
Payroll, time management and communication to the staff.
- Always updating and adding features
- Payroll process is simple and user friendly
- Wide variety of reports is very helpful
- The community module could use some updating. It would be nice to post multiple photos in an announcement
- Have the system automatically select the time zone in the employee payroll file under time & labor
- Reduced errors
- Simple and consistent processes
- Simplified our hiring process
I have not utilized the new payroll process option.
I use the community module to send message to the staff such as, events, meetings, reminders... etc. I encourage the staff to download the mobile app and turn on their notifications as this is the best way to communicate with everyone all at once.
