Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for all our time and attendance, payroll processing, compensation and performance management, recruiting and onboarding. We continue to build on these modules as well as dive deeper into learning, the use of community and data insights. Document Library has become a bigger use storing many of our employee employment documents for easy to find access. We have Paylocity handle our tax reporting, W2 filings, etc. If we have any questions, we are able to contact Paylocity and get answers. Our managers find Paylocity effective and efficient. Our employees utilize Paylocity for all their employment needs. The system is user friendly and easy to get around. Works very well for us.

With the recruiting module. We would post a position which posts to various boards such as Iowa Workforce and Indeed. Applications come in and HR and the hiring manager is notified. We can set up an automatic response to schedule a time for phone screening. Once a phone screen is done, we can share this on the recruiting module and proceed with scheduling of an interview or an auto response of not accepted. This has saved us many hours.
We use multiple tools for employee engagement with Community being one. We are trying to make community a more of a "go to" for organizationwide communication. We are getting more and more familiar with checking in on the site.
We have looked but not actually seen a product demo. We are happy with Paylocity.

Paylocity works well for our organization. Ease of use for our managers and employees is very important. Makes it easier for us in HR to manage. Time and attendance works very well. Efficient and effective. Payroll runs very smoothly. We appreciate the performance and compensation module for tracking employees performance, journals and getting feedback and annual compensation.
