Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I use it primarily for Accounting (GL interface) and auditing.
  • The GL interface it is good
  • The self service portal
  • The report writing
  • Accrued vacation days should be easier to find when looking at employee record
  • easier to find things- not new user friendly...you have to be in certain modules to find what you are looking for
  • should be more canned reports (census reports, 5500 reports etc.)
  • reduced cost
  • more consistent process (reviews)
Yes, they have helped reduce HR process timing and better tracking of reviews
We did implement employee recognition which has had positive results
Not as user friendly as ADP and Paychecks as far as finding things, report etc.
