Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity to handle our payroll and HR Needs. It fits our business very well. It allows us to manage the employee flows.
- Payroll processing
- HR Management
- Customer Service is second to none
- Prompt answers and adjustments
- Report Writer can sometimes be a challenge
- Reduced Errors and helpful support
We are not utilizing some of these products but would like to revisit them again. After reviewing the previous screen it became clear that I am not using all the tools at my disposal. The director of operations could use a lot of this to help manage the staff and the managers.
We have not utilized much of these tools, but we will revisit them shortly.
Paylocity far exceeds the offerings that paycom presented to us.
