I wish the timesheet was more configurable. It would be nice if we could setup different timesheets for employees to use.
Kronos data did not flow between the modules and they have horrible support.

We have had great support with PeopleGuru and they always listen to us about what we want to see enhance in the program. When updates are applied to the system sometimes it causing problems in different modules. I wish they spent more time testing updates before applying them.
