Planview Projectplace is used by our team in order to manage the different projects that we do, tasks that need to be completed, and ultimately to stay organized.

Pros and Cons

I love that there are mobile applications, web version, etc. so that you can continuously update and work within the software.
It is a great strength that the software is collaborative and the users can make edits and it will update on the other end.
Content management feature is awesome.

My only complaint about this software is that the support team could be better and more responsive. They take quite a bit of time to answer requests.

Return on Investment

It has saved us money by making our team more efficient.
It has allowed us to be able to work together effectively remotely by keeping everything within one place.
It is easy to configure and saves us time.

The support team could definitely be improved and work better, be more responsive and more helpful, etc.

It is a very usable product and easy to figure out from a user perspective. This has saved time for our team so that we not need to spend tons of time in the onboarding process.

Alternatives Considered

I have used Asana and Trello to keep our team up to date and to stay organized, but Planview Projectplace has been more of a fully-functional solution.

I would definitely recommend because it helps to keep your team organized and to be more effective as a company and even on an individual level.
