Overall Satisfaction with Playvox

Playvox is currently being used by every agent, team manager, ops manager, and the quality team. We can see every call that has been marked by the quality team/manager. We can see scores, any feedback we have given to our agents, improvement areas, etc. We can also add coaching documents to it.

I have used multiple other sites. This one is the best I have used. [It's] really easy to use and everything is in one place.

In Playvox, you can see multiple different reports, for example how many calls were marked, what the score was, average overall score, etc. You can add coaching documents so they are all in one place and you and your agents can view them.
