Overall Satisfaction with PrinterLogic

We have many users who travel to the various different offices around the country. When they got there, they would always have to reach out to IT if they needed to print something to one of the printers that was on-site, because they wouldn't remember the name of the print server to map the printer and the associated driver. With PrinterLogic, now it's as simple as clicking a button in their taskbar or visiting a web page, and they can easily install and print to the on-site printer no matter which office they visit!

  • Fewer requests from users to add the local on-site printers when traveling between offices
  • Easier management of printers on our network - PrinterLogic has allowed us to easily update drivers and reduce/eliminate the need for our print server
The integration of PrinterLogic into our network was seamless and worked perfectly on the first attempt. I don't think any other vendor solution we've attempted to implement has been that straightforward and problem-free! The deployment of the client and extension to our endpoints has also gone smoothly, with user adoption steadily increasing as awareness increases.
PrinterLogic has allowed us to all but eliminate our traditional print server and the overhead associated with it. No longer do we have to schedule restarts for Windows Updates, worry about security vulnerabilities, or concern ourselves with managing print drivers manually per printer. End users love the simplicity of the web browser installation method, and they also love that they don't have to remember a print server's name to input in their file browser and map a printer.

PrinterLogic is a great solution if many of your users are at least somewhat mobile and travel to various different locations that your company has a permanent or semi-permanent presence at. It may not work well for you if all of your users are centered in one or two buildings and rarely if ever travel.
