Overall Satisfaction with Printfection
We use Printfection to reward and recognize our customers. We have a customer store set up where we direct our account managers to share gifts with customers. Printfection makes it easy for our Sales and Marketing teams to send swag and merchandise to events and individuals without collecting personal information. Printfection is easy to set up and use and has robust analytics and campaign capabilities. The only downside I see is that there is no global solution for swag management. If you want to send items overseas, you have to pay for shipping from the US, which can be very costly. I look forward to Printfection adding global partners so that global companies like Icertis can have a centralized solution at a reasonable price. All in all, great product, and I recommend it!
