We are a global company with no offices. it is incredibly important to have a vendor that can curate, offer options, store, manage and ship our products to employees in 15 countries.

Because Printfection has a huge inventory to choose from, all merchandise that we want, Printfection has. We also want to streamline all merchandise into one platform, and because Printfection creates designs, ships and packages, and keeps our inventory without us having to pay for separate storage, we keep coming back to Printfection.

The value and impact are there for a one-stop shop. However, the pricing of individual items makes it questionable whether we will always use Printfection for every case because we know we can get cheaper pricing elsewhere, and it's usually more beneficial to pay the warehousing and inventory costs to keep those items.

Printfection was a great partner that allowed our small business to have the swag capabilities of a larger organization.

We use Printfection across all customer advocacy efforts including in person events and reward for customers for advocacy efforts.

Printfections ability to ship to our different employees for a variety of uses has been SO helpful! We have a sales team who sends unique links to customers who get our product quickly. We use them for employee reward boxes and it's so easy. We also print and ship sales materials, swag and gifts for conferences and it's so easy to send directly to the venue prior to us arriving. Because we can all tap into centrally located product it allows our team to use as they need.

We have definitely been able to optimize and automate our processes. We are now able to reward our customers with swag in a timely and cost effective manner. The experience to broswse/explore, select, and schedule/ship swag to events is excellent.

Lastly, everything on the platform is pretty intuitive. Onboarding other teams was a breeze, and restocking swag items is also pretty seamless.

The merchandise that we have been able to create with Printfection has been supremely valued by our employees. As we primarily use them as a resource for internal merch items, it has been a valuable tool for us to show support to employees and teams that are celebrating milestones or generating support for ongoing initiatives.

They have allowed us to manage our swag program and corporate gifts with ease and at a fair cost to maintain the inventory. We use them for new hire gifts, customer gifts, corporate events swag and so many various projects. They take the burden off my marketing team by making the sourcing and customization so easy!

A gamechanger for a global company.

One of my concerns was being able to ship out to all of our locations. Printfection had no problems with it and assured that it was all doable. This is only my frist project with them. I have used other platforms to purchase swag here and there but never used a platform where I can have a familiar palce to go to that can literally do everything!

I've never had an issue. Things are delivered accurately and timely. When we first implemented Printfection, we had swag stock in our office that we didn't know what to do with. I appreciated that we were able to incorporate that stock (although purchased prior to and outside the Printfection implementation), into the stock warehoused with Printfection so we could actually use it.

The shipping cost is more affordable than other solutions - again you get what you pay for here and then some!

Printfection has been a game-changer for me. Looking back, I can't believe I didn't start using it sooner! Last year, I had to handle 25 conferences alone, which was really stressful. But with Printfection, I can easily store and ship all of our swag items, and even order them directly through the platform. Printfection has positively impacted our swag organization and optimized our shipment abilities

Prior to Printfection, our swag was in another state and we had little control over it unless someone placed an order. Printfection's drop ship option has made events so much easier. We also have the ability to customize these gifts, increase quantities, and send personalized notes with every gift– all things we couldn't do/struggled to do with our previous tool.

This is the main reason we chose Printfection for our internal swag items. From uniforms to employees, reward prizes and welcome kits and their contents, but using Printfection we are more successfully able to get these products out to our employees and we have freed up warehouse space in our warehouse so that we can have more of the product we need for our customers and our employees don't have to do the processes that Printfection does for us now. It was a great swap.
