Overall Satisfaction with Procore

We were first introduced to Procore by a client who uses the product. We use it to manage their two projects. While we cannot see all the details Procore has to offer as some sections are blocked off, the product seems to be a good database to store submittals, RFIs, change orders, and the schedule.
  • Marking whose court certain items are in.
  • An easy to read schedule in Gantt or calendar view.
  • Providing email updates when new items are posted.
  • Change orders vs. change events confuses me.
  • Cannot tell which change orders/events are approved, voided, or pending.
  • Less time organizing documents
Procore is a very easy to use tool to manage a job. I have seen similar sites that provide similar services, but one unique part of this is the schedule. It shows the day to day activities as well as the Gantt chart to users. I would say it is better for smaller jobs rather than large jobs that require hundreds of submittals and RFIs.
