Overall Satisfaction with Procore

We use Procore across the whole organization, with the exception of Accounting.
The software addresses a previous business problem of tracking where items were at. It has also saved each employee many manual labor hours with respect to producing meeting minutes, tracking attendance at meeting, tracking material deliveries, having the most current drawings electronically while on jobsites, etc.
  • Customer Support - top notch, very responsive Customer Support reps. So extremely helpful to us users to have live support virtually any time we need it.
  • Custom Solutions - Procore was able to help us create some custom forms such as Transmittals that best suited our business needs.
  • Software Updates - Procore is continually growing and striving to be the best in the industry and therefore, they have been very dedicated to improving the software as needed and based on user feedback.
  • Pricing structure. It is very expensive and while we recognize most of the competition is as well, we wish there were ways to lessen that bill somehow.
  • Directory. We would like some additional options such as Company Name and then the ability to add multiple locations under that company. As of right now, we have to include the location in the company name to identify each location.
  • Drawings. We would like more functionality with respect to revisions.
  • We have experienced an extremely fast rate of getting information out to the right team members in a very quick and efficient way, whereas before, it was very time consuming and not very well streamlined.
  • It used to take us about 4 - 6 hours to prepare documents for a bid solicitation. Now we are able to handle that in about 15 minutes.
  • We have been able to save $10 per UPS package on routing change orders by routing electronically via Procore. We are excited to see the financial cost savings after one year!
We looked at Aconex, Submittal Exchange, Newforma, and Procore when evaluating a PM software once we were ready to step away from Word and Excel, which we solely used for all projects. We needed better ability to track and find things quickly whether we were in the office or on a jobsite. Ultimately, it came down to customer support, ease of use, and cost. Procore also allowed us to meet with a rep in person before making a decision and one of our requirements was to be able to test the product out prior to purchase and Procore worked with us to allow us to do so.
Procore is extremely well suited for General Contractors. It has the ability to capture all data you could possibly use in General Contracting. It also has integrations with other products which is very helpful as well.

We have found it extremely useful in bidding out projects. It is very quick and efficient for that purpose.
