Use Cases and Deployment Scope

My use of Procore is a go-between from the office to the field. I’m a field supervisor and I use it to get updated blueprints on the go. It’s a great platform to have when things are constantly changing and being revised.

Pros and Cons

Interoffice communication
Provide up to date blueprints to field supervisors
Allow easy access to job specs and information

Getting access to new information from the office could be streamlined
From my point of use, I don’t see many cons

Collaboration Benefits

I have greatly benefited from these capabilities. It cuts down on needless phone calls and e-mails regarding drawing revisions, RFI’s and punch list updates.

Return on Investment

Saves time and needless communication
Less paper being used
Allows everyone access to the same information and cuts down miscommunications

Likelihood to Recommend

Having not used it in an office setting I would say it is an adequate program for office to field transfer of information.
