Overall Satisfaction with Procore

It took more hours for our administration staff to set up and administer the system. This should be been easier to setup
Procore is used by our Construction management group. The system works well for completing submittal reviews and preparing RFIs but it is primarily setup for a construction contractor to manage his project. There are several deficiencies: There is a glitch when assigning numbers for submittals. The workflow processes for reviewing allows for the contractor to see all of the internal responses and not just the final responses.
  • File Management
  • Reporting forms are not well organized. Printing out submittal comments and several pages are printed because there is a narrow column where the responses are added
  • EADOC
EADOC is better for the submittal review and RFI responses.
I have not benefitted from this yet
  • Ensure information is accessible and up to date
It is a cloud based setup so everyone has access
It is pretty expensive and it needs to be customized to work well with construction management
